Returns and Exchange

Please be sure to inspect your shipment upon receipt. Please call 972 724 2900 to receive an authorization number and return your merchandise within 10 days. All returns and or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You shall notify HEROES within 10 days of any claims for damages resulting from any defect in the merchandise discovered by you. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL HEROES ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN IT'S ORIGINAL APPEARANCE. WORN MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All defective merchandise is subject to inspection, must be returned at customers expense. If and only if the merchandise is found to be a manufacturer's defect, credit will be issued for shipping as well as for merchandise charges.

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by calling us at 972 724 2900. If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in accordance with our return policy.
